The Atlas Pearls Board has responsibility for corporate governance across the Company and its subsidiaries, supported by policies, procedures and systems of control that guide how the business is managed. Public governance materials include the Company’s Corporate Governance Plan, Corporate Governance Statement, Board Skills Matrix, Whistleblower Policy, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and Company Constitution.

Our Governance and Ethics pathway focuses on the systems that support lawful, transparent and ethical operations. This includes Board oversight, risk management, regulatory compliance, anti-corruption controls, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms and responsible communication.
