Maximising the success of what we do through stakeholder engagement.

Stakeholder engagement is an important aspect of our ongoing operations at Atlas Pearls, and we undertake regular engagement with our key stakeholders on an as-needs basis. This was supplemented by our materiality process which included stakeholder engagement on our sustainability reporting approach.

We identified the following as our key stakeholders: employees, local communities, suppliers and contractors, government and regulators, investors, shareholders, and customers. We have different ways of engaging with each of those stakeholder groups in line with their requirements and key areas of interest.
